Poor customer service and they clearly need to pay attention to relations with the paying customer. No appreciation of there actions and others suffer consequences. Please think twice before using as there are to many issues to put in one review. Advise will be respect customers and do what you say you are going to do...
Terrible service. Went in to get euros. Postmaster took my card and ID. Gave me the receipt and euros and didn't process the transaction properly. He then reported me to the police for non payment. I was then cautioned before being questioned. I went in the following day to pay again and asked for the complaints procedure and I'm still waiting! I'll never use them again!
Been loads of times and spent a lot of money posting auction items. Really poor experience recently and unbelievable attitude from the woman means that I won't be back. I'll use somewhere that appreciates repeat customers.
Not open Saturday afternoon like it said it does.
